Product Description
Pultruded fiberglass reinforced plastic Channel fiberglass FRP/GRP c channel
The frp pultruded channels are a kind of fiberglass reinforced plastic products with uniform cross section. The reinforced materials include fiberglass roving, continuous fiberglass mat, stitched fiberglass mat and surface veil etc. Unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl resin, phenolic resin are the major matrix materials. The channels are formed continuously after being heated by high temperature. It is widely used as the ladder material and the structural support beam when making the work platform.
Pultrusion profile is a kind of compound materials which is formed by taking fiberglass as the reinforced material, and taking thermosetting resin as base, the fiberglass continuous roving enable the product to have the extremely high longitudinal strength, the fiberglass mat (continuous strand mat, knitted mat and so on) makes the product have the good transverse strength. The thermosetting resin base is usually the unsaturated polyester resin, the vinly resin, or the epoxy resin and the phenolic resin, the resin base enable the product to have the good anti-corrosion property, the different resin enables the product to be suitable for various corrosion environment, to add the ultraviolet inhibitor and fire retardant may enable the product to have the outstanding anti-aging property and the different rank anti-flammable property.
