Super Long Seamless TubesSuccessfully produced a batch of 304 stainless steel seamless U-tubes. The end user of this order is the Mexican power company, with a total output of 70 tons, totaling more than 7,000. The ultra-long stainless steel seamless U-tube produced by our factory has a total length of 26 meters, and its technical level has reached the domestic leading level. The ultra-long U-tube will be applied to the power company's ultra-long heat exchanger tubes, which have now undergone NC-76 joint flaw detection. It will be delivered soon.
In September 2012, we received an order for nearly 200 tons of UNS N06690 seamless steel tubes. The finished product is a U-shaped tube of Φ31.75*3.4 (the required straight tube length is 23 meters). This order is for power plants that require corrosion and heat resistance and is a critical component in the thermal conversion process.

According to the production method, it can be divided into cold processing tubes and hot processing tubes.
