Corundum Roller Mill
Corundum Roller Mill Introduction:
Raymond mill is a kind of equipment used for high-fine powder processing of more than 280 kinds of materials in the mining, chemical, construction and other industries.
The machine adopts the advanced structure of similar products at home and abroad, and is updated and improved on the basis of Raymond mill in the same industry. The equipment is more efficient, has lower power consumption, occupies less area and has a small one-time investment than the ball mill. The grinding roller is tightly pressed on the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, so when the grinding roller and grinding ring are worn to a certain thickness, it does not affect the output and fineness of the finished product. The replacement cycle of the grinding roller and grinding ring is long, thus eliminating the disadvantage of the short replacement cycle of the wearing parts of the centrifugal crusher. The air flow of the air selection machine is circulating in the fan-mill shell-cyclone separator-fan, so there is less dust than the high-speed centrifugal crusher, the operation workshop is clean and the environment is pollution-free.
Corundum Roller Mill Feeding Material:
Raymond mill is widely used in the fine powder processing of more than 280 kinds of materials in non-flammable and explosive industries such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, thermal insulation materials, etc. with Mohs hardness not more than 9.3 and humidity below 6% in mining, chemical, construction and other industries. The finished particle size of R-type Raymond mill can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 80-325 mesh, and some materials can reach up to 600 mesh.
