Drying All Kinds of Charcoal and Coal Briquettes is mainly used to briquette charcoal leftover, small pieces of charcoal, charcoal waste, etc. and make them be fully used to increase its economic value. The final briquette shape and size both can be customized from 25-60mm with oval, pillow and square shape as well as other favorite shapes in market. according to special requirement. In addition, the raw material range is very widely, like coal powder, fertilizer, salt, iron powder, and gypsum, chrome, copper, etc.

(1) Drying All Kinds of Charcoal and Coal Briquettes feeding part has feeding device, which laid material evenly on the mesh belt through distributor. When first layer move to driving chain wheel, material fall down to second layer by self-weight.
(2) Use blower delivery hot air to bottom from upper both wall side inter-layers, make hot air flows up from bottom, so that wet material fully absorb heating, and reach to perfect drying effect.

(4) Traditional drying machine get manual clean, but it takes big labor intensity, and need open door to clean, which cause drying machine inside temperature lose.
(5) Now, our factory adds a scraper slag removal machine on the dryer bottom can get rid of powder quickly and conveniently.

(1) Materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the feeder.
(2) The drier is composed of several units.
(3) For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately.
(4) Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower.
(5) The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve.
(6) The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process.
(7) This process will bring the material water away.
(8) The mesh-belt moves slowly, Running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after the drying will fall into the material collector continuously.
(9) The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand.The unit number can be selected according to the demand.
