1. Silkscreen: Silkscreen is a kind of photoresist printing ink made of fine-porous filter membrane made of nylon silk and coated with a special photosensitive solution on it. It has good adhesion, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. The designed pattern is made into a film by CDR software, and then it is made by exposure machine.
According to different materials and colors, it is generally divided into 4 steps:
(1). Color separation Divide the picture into three primary colors cmy, cyan and magenta;
(2). Screening Select different dot sizes and network lines according to the requirements of different materials;
(3). Development Generally, chemicals such as oxalic acid are used to make the image and text part chemically react to form an image.
(4).Fixing The semi-finished product obtained after developing is mixed with white plain paste and dried to obtain the finished product.
