The rubber half track mainly consists of driving wheels, guide wheels, supporting wheels, track frame body, tensioning device, and rubber track. The track frame body is the basic part of the entire mechanism, divided into two parts: the upper frame and the lower frame, connected by bolts.
The guide wheel and supporting wheel are fixed on the lower frame through slips to support the entire structure and clamp the track to prevent it from derailing. The driving wheel is installed in the shaft sleeve of the upper frame and is the main power component of the entire half track device.
