This article focuses on the development of a triangular track wheel walking device for a 50 type loader used in backbone engineering emergency repair equipment. On the basis of studying the technology form of replaceable triangular track wheels, combined with the practical application requirements of engineering repair equipment, this article first designs a scheme for the triangular track walking device applied to a certain 50 type loader, and determines the structural layout and component composition of the walking device. Secondly, the main parameters of key components such as the base frame, drive wheels, support wheel system, damping and tensioning device, and tracks of the triangular crawler walking device were selected. The overall structure of the base frame adopts a middle support type, which poses a load-bearing challenge for the track wheels;
