Allen Bradley 1747-DCM is a direct communication module. This module is used to establish a connection between SLC 500 fixed or modular programmable controllers and monitoring industrial networks through remote I/O (RIO) links. It is equipped with one (1) RIO link connector and supports transmission rates of 57.6 kilobaud to 230.4 kilobaud. This module is installed on any SLC 500 slot, with a backplane current consumption of 360 milliamps and a DC voltage of 5 volts.
