1. Sanding Roller CharacteristicsSanding Rollers (also known as Polishing Rollers) are core components used in sanding machines for surface finishing. They are suitable for polishing wood panels, stainless steel, appliance panels, electronic boards, etc., achieving three key objectives:
Remove surface imperfections: burrs, flash rust, oil stains, and debris from substrates
Eliminate coarse particles/contaminants from coatings to achieve smooth surfaces
Create controlled surface roughness on coatings to enhance adhesion
Available in dry polishing and wet polishing methods - the latter uses water/lubricants for superior smoothness and abrasive residue removal.
