Three-oil and two-cloth epoxy coal asphalt anti-corrosion bend is a kind of anti-corrosion pipeline using epoxy coal asphalt coating and glass fiber cloth composite structure, mainly used in buried or underwater and other corrosive environments. Its structure is usually three layers of paint (primer + top coat) and two layers of fiberglass cloth to form a reinforced grade anti-corrosion coating Structure and materials Anti-corrosion layer composition: primer: iron red epoxy resin base, containing anti-rust pigment and toughening agent, thickness about 0.1-0.2mm Top coat: black coal asphalt base, add insulating filler and leveling agent, and cross-coat with glass fiber cloth to form a reinforcing structure Fiberglass cloth: Two layers of fiberglass cloth are embedded in the coating to improve the mechanical strength and impact resistance of the coating, preventing external forces from causing the coating to crack Process characteristics: Sandblasting is used to remove rust to Sa2.5 level cleanliness to ensure that there is no oil stains and rust spots on the surface of the steel pipe. After mechanical spraying of the primer, the fiberglass cloth is wrapped around and the topcoat is applied to form a thick coating of 0.5-1.0mm.
