The container flange and pipe flange of this component are not interchangeable due to the difference in nominal diameter definition, and the pressure class covers 0.6Mpa to 32Mpa.
The design is designed to form a sealing ring by misaligning the boss and groove, increasing the contact area to improve sealing performance, and has the ability to resist torsion and vibration.
The special-shaped flange processing tooling patent developed by Xiamen Aoquan Rubber ensures the concentricity of the inner and outer circles after assembly through synchronous radial movement technology, and improves the welding accuracy.
The thin-walled special-shaped flange adopts a double-end grinder with a special positioning washer to control the parallel difference within 0.002mm, which solves the problem of exposed black skin and poor accuracy on the end face
