Polyester Tire Cord Fabric
Polyester tire cord fabric is a key reinforcing material in the structural layer of rubber products. Typically made from high-strength polyester industrial yarns through a process of warp weaving, dipping, and shaping, it possesses a stable warp and weft structure and excellent mechanical properties. Polyester tire cord fabric must be combined with a rubber matrix to form a structural layer that provides load-bearing, impact resistance, and shape retention, such as in tires and hoses. RFL dipping and bonding are commonly used to connect the tire cord fabric to the rubber layer.
