1、 Check before startup

-The wear of the shot blasting wheel blades needs to be confirmed in advance, as excessive wear can affect the cleaning effect
-Are the protective doors and covers intact to prevent shot blasting from splashing and injuring people
2、 Specification for workpiece loading
-The size of the workpiece must comply with the equipment regulations, and overloading or exceeding the limit is strictly prohibited
-The workpiece should be placed evenly to avoid equipment imbalance caused by unilateral force
-It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable and explosive materials into the equipment work area
3、 Key points of operation process
-Before starting, turn on the dust removal system first, and then start the shot blasting machine
-It is strictly prohibited to open the protective door during shot blasting treatment, and personnel must stay away from the equipment
-Closely observe the operation status of the equipment during the processing, and immediately stop the machine if there is any abnormal noise
4、 Equipment maintenance and upkeep
