250ton TPV C frame Injection Machine Features:
Advanced Siemens control system, reliable operation, can ensure that the equipment works continuously for 24 hours, and there will be no signal distortion and control failure due to the temperature rise of the control system due to continuous work.
Our Siemens electronic control system adopts full-process closed-loop control, with monitoring screen, which can monitor the operating parameters of the machine, and display in Chinese. It has alarm function, can display alarm information, has temperature curve, pressure flow curve display function, storage space. The memory mold parameters can reach 300 sets, which is the most in the same industry in China.
the man-machine dialogue operation display, provides users with 2 sets of operation panels, manual and automatic can choose. The program is easy to write and modify. When the product structure has a big change and needs to add some actions, it can be realized by simply rewriting (some domestic devices are curing programs).
the plasticizing system adopts low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor, which has strong plasticizing ability and fast plasticizing speed, which can realize reverse rotation and convenient cleaning. The system adopts independent oil circuit control, the oil temperature is controlled by PID, and can be set arbitrarily according to the nature of the rubber compound, and the plasticizing screw end of the feeding port is provided with slotted guiding teeth to ensure smooth feeding and continuous material feeding. , can greatly improve production efficiency (currently most of the domestic equipment can not reach this ideal state).
The hydraulic system adopts the imported proportional valve to control the pressure and flow, and the action repeatability is high. The parameters of the control page can be adjusted through the control panel to realize various pressures and flows of the whole system to meet the requirements of various products. The speed of each actuator is required to be fast and slow (there is no automatic scaling function in the domestic industry).
the hot plate and other materials are treated with 45# steel quenching and high temperature tempering and quenching and tempering treatment, and the comprehensive performance is high.
