1 Summary
The single screw pump is a displacement displacement pump. The pump can be used to transport neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or abrasive liquids, liquids containing gases or easily produced bubbles, liquids with high or low viscosity, including liquids containing fibers and solid substances. It can work smoothly for a long time and maintain stable flow. It has good self suction ability.
G series single screw pumps are the main products of our plant.
GS series pumps are developed from the basic G series. The difference lies in the special pump body. The meaning of "S" is quick cleaning. Every tiny part of each part can be cleaned very cleanly.
G screw pump is widely used in:
Food industry: used for conveying liquor, waste residue and liquor blending process in distilleries.
Textile industry: used for conveying synthetic fiber liquid, viscose liquid, dye, ink and nylon powder liquid.
Paper industry: used for conveying black liquor.
Petroleum Industry: ground gathering pump for many kinds of oils and fats.
Chemical industry: it is used to transport various kinds of county floats, latex, acid, alkali and salt solution.
Shipbuilding Industry: used for transporting residue, scavenging and sewage, sea water and so on.
Construction industry: conveying mortar and plaster.
Nuclear industry: radioactive liquid from conveyor belts.
Metallurgy and mining industry: used for transporting oxide and wastewater, mine drainage and liquid explosive transportation.
Power plant: used for coal water slurry transportation.
Design points of G screw pump:
The connecting shaft uses a word or refined universal joint at both ends. Its slippers and slightly sleeves are made of special materials, so its life has been greatly improved and its structure is simple and easy to disassemble.
The rubber wrapped at both ends of the bushing ensures that the bushing body is not corroded by sealing the connection with the inlet and outlet pipes reliably.
There is a replaceable packing box between the suction pipe and the bearing, which can be used for both the packing seal and the mechanical seal.
The "GS" series suction and extrusion pipes are threaded to standard DIN1187-A, allowing quick removal of both suction and extrusion pipes and hoses.
"GEU" refers to the series of vertical deep well pumps. The screw pairs consisting of rotor and stator are set at the lower end of the cylinder tube and immersed directly into the medium (without the suction pipe required by the horizontal pump). Therefore, the vertical pump has more advantages in suction of high concentration medium. It is very suitable to replace artificial feeding and is an ideal high lift. Cheng deep well pumps are widely used.
