High-Frequency Induction Heating Furnace:

Detection System:
1. Circuit design: The whole machine adopts a modular design with dual CPUs for the upper and lower computers. The lower computer selects Atmega162 as the control single-chip microcomputer. The electronic circuit is highly integrated, stable and reliable.
2. Sampling: It uses a high-speed 24-bit ADS1224 sampling chip with high sampling accuracy.
3. Communication: The upper and lower computers communicate through a USB2.0 interface, which improves the communication speed.
4. Connection: The infrared detection part is connected to the high-frequency furnace via a high-speed optical fiber, and is matched with a multi-stage concealed isolation circuit.
5. Power supply: It uses an industrial-grade integrated linear module power supply with stable output.
6. Light source: It uses a platinum infrared light source with continuous heating and high spectral characteristic efficiency.
7. Analysis cell: It is equipped with a gold-plated carbon-sulfur analysis cell and a high-precision pyroelectric infrared detector.
2. Analysis software
(1) Operating software: It is compiled with Deliph software and is a full-Chinese operating software for WINDOWS XP.
(2) Analysis channels: It provides channel management functions. The carbon and sulfur channels can be added, deleted and edited by users without quantity limitation.
(3) Analysis function: It integrates dynamic data during the analysis process and samples 20 times per second, which improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the analysis.
(4) It provides sample management functions. Users can edit the sample names and identifiers, and add or delete sample names.
(5) The software provides a multi-user management system, and the administrator can set different user permissions.
(6) Display function: There is one curve frame for carbon and one for sulfur respectively, which dynamically displays various real-time data and the carbon and sulfur release curves during the analysis process.
(7) Data processing function: The analysis results are stored in the ACCESS database, which can store all the data and curves of each carbon and sulfur analysis.
(8) The analysis results can be queried at will, and can be queried according to multiple aspects such as time, operator, sample name, and identifier.
(9) It provides multiple functions such as curve/data storage, blank deduction, parameter setting, channel selection, mathematical statistics, result correction, and curve comparison.
(10) The generation of carbon and sulfur working curves can be realized in the software and curve fitting can be carried out.
(11) Printing function: There are diverse printing modes. It provides two printing modes for the laboratory and the testing station, and users can design the printing format by themselves.
(12) Self-diagnosis function: It has a system diagnosis function, and the software can detect the sealing performance of the furnace head and the gas chamber.
