This sealing kit is a dedicated maintenance sealing package for the hydraulic cylinders of the booms of Hitachi ZX330-5G/ZX350-5G (Zax330-5G/Zax350-5G) excavators. (The PS suffix usually indicates differences in specifications/batch/packaging, but the core sealing components are the same.) Its core purpose is to provide sealing protection, performance restoration, and life extension for the boom cylinders. The kit includes core seals such as piston seals, rod seals, O-rings, and Glyd rings/Stokes rings to prevent hydraulic oil leakage from the cylinder-piston rod gap and pressure cross-contamination between the high and low pressure chambers within the cylinder. This avoids problems such as weak boom lifting, uncontrolled descent, and sluggish movement caused by leakage, ensuring stable pressure and operational safety under heavy-duty conditions (such as lifting, deep excavation, and loading). The seals are made of special materials (such as polyurethane, nitrile rubber, etc.) that are resistant to high pressure, wear, high and low temperatures, and aging. They are suitable for high-intensity, dusty, and temperature-differential working environments such as excavation, loading, crushing, and hoisting. They are not easily deformed, hardened, or cracked after long-term use, ensuring long-term stable sealing performance.
