Slope protection anchoring drills are mainly suitable for projects such as construction, water conservancy, exploration, deep foundation pit support, and slope reinforcement of highways and railways. They are especially suitable for foundation pit anchor holes and construction site drilling. This drill uses a crawler chassis, which is convenient to move. It is equipped with twist drill pipes and three-leaf alloy drill bits. The advantage is that the stroke height of the drill arm can reach 5.5 meters, and the daily drilling can reach 1500 meters, which greatly saves labor costs. This drill has the advantages of novel structure, stability and reliability, convenient movement, low energy consumption, and low investment cost. The hydraulic crawler drill rig is mainly used in projects such as the reinforcement of anchor cables for slope treatment of power stations, highways, and railway mountains, advanced support of tunnel pipe sheds, anchor cables for inclined pull piles in foundation pits, anti-floating anchor rods, subgrade reinforcement, anti-seepage treatment of the foundation and dam body of hydropower project dams, drainage holes, mines and quarries, and micro-pile holes. It is especially suitable for deep hole casing drilling in drift, gravel, and boulder strata and strongly weathered rock-covered strata, especially able to show its performance and achieve the purpose of quickly drilling through complex strata. It has a broad application background in various geotechnical anchoring projects. This model belongs to a full-hydraulic swivel-type anchoring engineering drill, which is mainly suitable for foundation pit support in cities, controlling the displacement of buildings, geological disaster control and other engineering constructions. The drill structure is of an integral type, equipped with a crawler walking chassis and a clamping shackle. The crawler chassis moves quickly, and it is convenient to align the hole position; the clamping shackle can automatically disassemble drill pipes and casings, reducing the labor intensity of workers.
Main features:
1.Fully hydraulic control, convenient and flexible operation, convenient displacement, good mobility, saving time and effort.
2. The drill swivel is driven by double hydraulic motors, with large output torque, improving the drilling stability of the drill.
3. It can be equipped with a new angle-changing mechanism to make hole alignment more convenient, with a larger adjustment range, and can reduce the requirements for the working surface.
4. The cooling system has been optimized to ensure that the operating temperature of the hydraulic system is between 45 and 70°.
5. It is equipped with a special casing drilling tool. In unstable formations, a casing is used for hole protection during the initial drilling, and a conventional button bit is used for the final hole. It has high drilling efficiency and good hole-forming quality.
6. In addition to the crawler chassis, clamping tongs, and turntable, the drilling rig can be optionally equipped with a jet grouting module for superposition, making the drilling rig more suitable for engineering construction.
7. Main drilling methods: DTH hammer conventional drilling, auger drilling, drill pipe drilling, casing drilling, and drill pipe-casing composite drilling.
