YJD-A Type Star Discharger
The star discharger is also called the electric ash discharge valve and the impeller feeder. These names are defined according to its working characteristics. The star discharger is composed of a shell, a reducer, and a motor. The star discharger is divided intoYJD-A type andYJD-B type. The difference between the two types is that the inlet and outlet of the discharger are different.A type is a square - mouth discharger, andB type is a round - mouth discharger.
YJD-A Type Star Discharger Working Principle:
When the star discharger is working, the dust falls by gravity and fills the spaces of the star - shaped blades on the top and side. The blade rotor is driven by the motor through the reducer shaft. When the impeller rotates to the lower part, the dust is unloaded by its own weight. This kind of dust discharger is generally installed under the dust hopper of the dust collector. To ensure air - tightness at the connection, a certain height of dust should be always maintained (stored) above the rotary discharger. Because when the impeller rotates, the side of the impeller after the dust is unloaded often has no dust, so it is easy for air to leak in. In order to maintain a certain height of the ash column and prevent it from being emptied, a material level signal device is installed in the dust hopper and interlocked with the motor of the dust discharge valve.
YJD-A Type Star Discharger Features
1. By adopting the planetary rotation principle, the input and output are on the same axis, and it has the uniqueness of being directly connected to the motor as a whole. Therefore, it has a compact structure, a novel and beautiful appearance, a small volume, and a light weight.
2. It runs reliably and smoothly, with low noise, few failures, long service life. The meshing parts are made of ductile iron and bearing steel, etc. It has good performance and high wear resistance.
3. The bearings and gearboxes are far away from the valve body, avoiding the influence of high - temperature dust. The front and rear end covers have good sealing performance, preventing dust from leaking out and extending the service life of moving parts and the lubrication system.
4. This machine has strong overload capacity, small impact inertia moment, and is suitable for frequent starting and forward - reverse rotation.
