JH Type Integrated High-Voltage Electrostatic Precipitator
The JH and DJ Type Integrated High-Voltage Electrostatic Precipitators are new types of dust removal equipment developed by Cangzhou Jinding Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. based on market research and social needs. Working principle of JH and DJ Type Integrated High-Voltage Electrostatic Precipitators: After the dust-laden gas enters the equipment from the air inlet at the top of the equipment, it passes through the cyclone separator at a high speed, making the dust-laden gas rotate spirally downward along the axis. By using centrifugal force, the coarser dust particles are removed, effectively controlling the initial dust concentration entering the electric field. Then, the gas enters the electric field through the ash hopper. Since the cross-sectional area of the ash hopper is several times larger than that of the inner tube, according to the principle of constant rotational moment, the radial and axial wind speeds decrease sharply, creating a zero-velocity interface, which causes the heavy dust particles in the inner tube to settle in the ash hopper, reducing the dust concentration entering the electric field. The low-concentration dust-laden gas is collected on the anode and cathode plates by the electrostatic precipitator and is removed by the ash cleaning and rapping device and then transported away by the air-lock ash discharge device. In order to prevent the secondary dust generation in the ash hopper caused by the cyclone in the inner tube and the rapping of the electric field plates, an isolation cone is specially installed in the ash hopper.
