The Liming filter elements produced by Bazhou Shuoye Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. are tools used to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium.
The Liming filter element is a filtering tool used in hydraulic systems to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances. It can control the pollution degree of the medium and achieve a purification effect. Its working pressure ranges from 21bar to 210bar, and the working temperature covers from -30℃ to +110℃. The applicable media include hydraulic oil, emulsion, water-glycol, etc. The filter element materials include glass fiber filter paper, stainless steel woven mesh, wood pulp filter paper, stainless steel sintered mesh, etc. The sealing materials include fluororubber rings and nitrile rubber. Due to the material characteristics, regular maintenance is required. The filtration accuracy is divided into four grades: coarse, ordinary, fine, and ultra-fine, covering a range from 1μm to 100μm [10].
This product is widely used in fields such as the transmission system of machine tool industry, the control of metallurgical equipment, and the hydraulic devices of construction machinery, covering equipment such as grinding machines, rolling mills, and excavators. The product models include the GU-H series self-sealing pressure pipeline filters, the ISV series pipeline suction filters, the ZU-A series return oil filters, etc. Its testing standards involve international standards such as ISO 2942 structural integrity test and ISO 16889 filtration characteristic determination. Depending on the material differences, the service life of the filter element ranges from 3 months to 5 years. Among them, the PP filter element needs to be replaced every 3 months; the regular replacement cycle is 3 - 6 months or 1000 - 2000 operating hours. In harsh working conditions, the replacement cycle needs to be shortened to 1 - 3 months.
