　1. Suitable for the spike anchoring of railway concrete sleepers and bridge sleepers, the cemented joints of prefabricated bridges, and the anchoring of anchor bolts for mechanical equipment.

　　2. Suitable for the rapid construction of surrounding rock support with rock bolts in underground projects such as railways, tunnels, water diversion tunnels, coal mines, pier reinforcement, housing earthquake resistance, and metallurgical mines, as well as the anchoring of tie nails in concrete structure reinforcement projects, and can meet the requirements of steel bar welding.

 This product is an inorganic mixture, featuring rapid hardening, high strength, slight expansion, cold - operation construction, and no pollution to the environment. It eliminates the need for the heating process when anchoring spikes with sulfur, preventing cracks in concrete sleepers and bridge sleepers due to local heating and reducing the service life of spikes. Construction is allowed at an ambient temperature above -10℃, and it shows good results after 2 million fatigue tests.

Precautions

　　1. It is advisable to use up the mixed slurry within 30 minutes. The mixing time is 2 - 5 minutes. During construction, the fluidity and consistency must be well - controlled. If the fluidity decreases during the pouring process, a little water can be added and mixed before continuing to use. If the slurry is too thin, some dry materials can be added and mixed before use.

　　2. For winter construction (when the minimum temperature is above -10℃), the anchoring agent can be mixed with hot water at 40 - 50℃. If necessary, cover with plastic film or other heat - insulating materials to prevent freezing.
