C276 Inroduction
Super alloys or high performance alloys are available in a variety of shapes and contain elements in different combinations to obtain a specific result. These alloys are of three types that include iron-based, cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys. The nickel-based and cobalt-based super alloys are available as cast or wrought based alloys according to composition and application.Super alloys have good oxidation and creep resistance and can be strengthened by precipitation hardening, solid-solution hardening and work hardening methods. They can also function under high mechanical stress and high temperatures and also in places that require high surface stability.
HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance.
Flush Bushing Introduction
It is the core component for achieving reduced diameter thread connection and end face flush transition in industrial pipeline systems. It is widely used in high pressure working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, power, and natural gas, and is suitable for global standard pipeline systems.

Material Selection and Re-inspectionUse hexagonal steel bars (alloy steel), selecting the material according to the pressure rating.
2. Sawing and BlankingCut the bars into single blanks using a saw, according to the total length plus machining allowance. The end faces should be flat, burr-free, and the length tolerance ±0.5mm.
3. Rough Turning of the Outline and End Face (Lathe)Clamp the hexagonal bar and turn the two end planes, outer diameter, and opposite sides of the hexagon to the rough dimensions. Ensure coaxiality, perpendicular end faces, and complete hexagonal shape.
4. Drilling/Boiling the Center Hole (Internal Thread Bottom Hole) Internal thread end: Drill the bottom hole, enlarge/bor it, ensuring the hole diameter, depth, and coaxiality.External thread end: Turn the external thread major diameter and pitch diameter rough blank.
5. Heat Treatment (High Pressure/High Strength Parts)
6. Finish Turning + Thread Machining (CNC Lathe)
Finish Turning: Outer diameter, end face, hexagon, chamfer, sealing surface.
External Threads: Threading/Drilling (NPT/Rc/G/BSP).
Internal Threads: Tapping/Drilling internal threads, Go/No-Go gauge inspection.
7. Surface Treatment and DeburringDeburring, chamfering, cleaning oil and metal filings.
8. Final Inspection Full inspection: Dimensions, thread check/no-go, appearance, hardness, pressure leak test.
Flush Bushing Processing
Material Selection and Re-inspection: Select raw materials that meet specifications and strictly inspect their material and appearance quality.
2. Sawing and Blanking: Cut round steel into blanks with pre-machining allowances according to workpiece size requirements.
3. Rough Turning: Roughly machine the outer diameter of the workpiece using a lathe, trimming the end faces and removing excess surface material.
4. Drilling and Boring: Machine an internal threaded hole at the center of the workpiece, ensuring hole diameter accuracy and overall coaxiality.
5. Heat Treatment: Perform heat treatment on the blank to improve the overall hardness, toughness, and structural strength of the workpiece.
6. Finish Turning and Threading: Finish the workpiece's dimensions, machining external and internal threads and chamfering.
7. Deburring and Surface Treatment: Clean all burrs and metal filings from the workpiece and perform rust-proofing and corrosion-resistant surface treatment as needed.
8. Finished product inspection and warehousing: Use measuring tools and thread gauges to inspect the finished products. After passing the inspection, pack and store them in the warehouse.
