PowerGear X75L 1.00:1 Wa.1 V2 is a precision bevel gearbox manufactured by Nidec Graessner Germany, belonging to the high-torque X-Series, designed for 90° right-angle power transmission. It adopts 1-stage spiral bevel gear drive with 1:1 constant-speed power transfer, featuring transmission efficiency up to 98% for energy saving. The friction-locked fit between shaft and bevel gear ensures reliable and backlash-free power transmission. With compact and rigid structure, it delivers higher torque capacity than standard P-Series in the same volume, suitable for limited installation space. It supports flange and foot mounting, with optional customizations including hollow shaft and cooling system. Widely used in automation production lines, pharmaceutical equipment, packaging machinery, conveying systems and machine tools that require right-angle power transmission.
Replacement must match size 75, ratio 1:1, L-type shaft configuration and mounting dimensions. Original is imported from Germany, standard Nidec Graessner PowerGear X75 can be used as alternative, verify mounting hole pattern, shaft diameter and torque parameters.
