The quartz light guide rod is made of high purity JGS1 fused silica. The purity of silicon dioxide is more than 99.99%, without bubbles, stripes and impurities. It is the core component of precise optical path transmission. The product covers the light transmission band from deep ultraviolet to near-infrared, with excellent transmittance in the range of 185-2500nm and extremely low light loss. The internal optical path is uniform without spot deviation, effectively solving problems such as uneven fiber guidance and energy dispersion.
The product has an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, is resistant to high temperatures and thermal shocks, and can be adapted to high-power lasers and high-temperature curing equipment for a long time; Stable chemical properties, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for harsh working conditions such as humidity and corrosion. The end face adopts double-sided high-precision optical polishing, and can be processed with 45 ° oblique cutting, chamfering, and slotting as needed. The dimensional tolerance can be controlled to ± 0.05mm, and the specifications support customization according to needs.
