Purpose 2: Supplying industrial process steam
Produce saturated steam to supply the production line for steaming, drying, vulcanization, distillation, and reaction heating, replacing oil-fired and gas-fired boilers and eliminating fuel procurement costs.
Application: Chemical industry, paper making, building materials, food processing, printing and dyeing, rubber industry
Purpose 3: Centralized heating in the factory area + domestic hot water
Recover low-temperature waste heat from generator sets and small kilns to produce high-temperature hot water for workshop heating, employee dormitory bathhouses, and office building heating.
Application: diesel/biogas generator sets, small heat treatment furnaces, metal heat treatment production lines
Purpose 4: Flue gas cooling + Environmental protection supporting facilities
Direct discharge of high-temperature flue gas can damage dust removal and desulfurization equipment. The waste heat boiler absorbs heat in advance to reduce the exhaust gas temperature, protecting downstream environmental protection equipment while reducing thermal pollution and meeting environmental inspection requirements.
