I. Product Introduction Graphite gaskets are mainly divided into two categories: flexible graphite composite gaskets (high-strength graphite gaskets and metal graphite spiral wound gaskets. Using high-purity expanded flexible graphite as the sealing core, combined with 304/316 stainless steel serrated rings and steel strips through pressing, they possess excellent high-temperature resistance and compression recovery performance. Replacing traditional asbestos gaskets, they are widely used in steam, high-temperature oil, and weak acid/alkali flanges, valves, and boiler seals, supporting custom cutting in circular, square, bolt-hole, and irregular non-standard shapes. II. Main Classifications Pure Flexible Graphite G (No metal insert) Die-cut from a single sheet of expanded graphite, featuring a soft texture and good thermal conductivity/lubrication, suitable for low-pressure pump valves exhaust pipes, and small equipment seals; temperature resistant from -200 to 650°C, affordable price. Metal-Reinforced Flexible Graphite Composite Gaskets (-strength graphite gaskets) Sandwiched with stainless steel serrated rings, available in un-edged, inner-edged, outer-edged, and inner/outer-edged versions; is significantly improved, not easily broken, universally applicable to medium-to-high pressure steam pipelines and boiler flanges. Metal Graphite Spiral Wound Gaskets Alternatingly wound with 04 stainless steel V-shaped steel strips and flexible graphite, available in basic, inner ring, outer ring, and inner/outer ring versions; strongest recovery performance, specifically for-pressure, high-temperature, and heavy-duty operating conditions (power plants, heat exchangers, high-temperature boilers). III. Core Product Advantages Ultra-wide temperature: Not brittle at low temperatures (-200°C) and stable sealing at high temperatures (650°C), does not soften or leak during long-term use with steam hot oil; Leak-proof compression recovery: Excellent compression recovery performance of the graphite material adapts to slight flange deformation, preventing steam, oil, and water leakage; Excellent thermal conductivity heat dissipation: Built-in graphite thermal layer quickly dissipates high temperatures from the flange, preventing high-temperature aging and failure of the gasket; High mechanical strength and durability: Reinforced by inserts/steel strips, it is not easily cracked or crumbled during assembly and disassembly, with a service life far exceeding pure graphite; Eco-friendly and asbestos-free: Contains asbestos dust, complies with industrial environmental protection standards, and is safe for workshop use; Oil-resistant and compatible with weak acid/alkali media: Suitable for steam, heat transfer oil, oil, hot water, and weakly corrosive chemical fluids; Flexible processing: Can be die-cut into circular, square, and irregular shapes, with custom inner/outer diameters and thicknesses IV. Applicable Media High-temperature steam, heat transfer oil, engine oil, hot water, boiler flue gas, weak acid/alkali solutions, industrial hot oil, pipeline vapor. V.
