Lightweight compliance design

Low residual material fluidization system
The tank is equipped with a multi-channel inclined fluidized bed, no dead ends of accumulation, low residual discharge rate, and minimal material loss; when replacing different powders for transportation, the tank body is easy to clean and cross-contamination of materials is avoided.It supports single-warehouse, double-warehouse, three-warehouse and multi-warehouse options, and can be dispensed with multiple powders at the same time, and the transportation business is flexible.
Durable sealing
The discharge pipeline is equipped with thickened wear-resistant hoses and multi-layer sealed butterfly valves, so there is no dust leakage in high-pressure operations; the internal fluidized belt is wear-resistant and reinforced, and the tank body has a long service life, reducing the frequency of replacement of accessories in the later stage.The transportation of chemical and food materials can be customized with stainless steel lining, which is anti-corrosion and easy to clean.
3. Pneumatic unloading system
Equipped with a large-brand large-displacement air compressor, the air supply pressure is stable and the unloading speed is fast. The unloading operation can be completed within a short time when the material is fully loaded, greatly shortening the waiting working hours and improving the efficiency of vehicle turnover.The vertical height and horizontal conveying distance of the unloading are sufficient, which are suitable for all kinds of high and low silos, and there is no need to move the car frequently.
Optional engine power take-off + external 380V motor dual-power unloading mode, when the construction site has an external power supply, the vehicle engine can be turned off for electric unloading, eliminating the need for idling fuel burning costs, and long-term operation saves a lot of fuel expenses.
