Product Overview The Belt-Driven Gasoline Sprayer combines a 5.5HP 168F gasoline engine with a high-pressure 25-49cc plunger pump via a step-down V-belt drive. Designed for agricultural and horticultural pest control, the unit delivers working pressures of 20-45kg/cm² and 15-25 liters per minute flow for fast coverage of large orchards, tea gardens, and field crops.
Pump and Drive System The 750rpm pump speed (reduced from the 3600rpm engine via the V-belt) maximizes pump life and atomization quality. The 360-400mm spray nozzle width produces a fine uniform mist that adheres to leaf surfaces. A 20-meter high-pressure hose lets the operator work far from the pump unit, ideal for navigating between rows of trees or tall crops.
Frame and Mobility The heavy-duty steel roll cage frame protects the engine and pump during transport and use. The open frame design accommodates a chemical tank (sold separately or specified at order) mounted above or beside the engine. The unit ships as engine-pump assembly only; tank and spray gun are configured per customer requirement.
