The milk collection platform manufactured by LEO Company is a modern integrated system combining self-powered operation, rapid cooling and storage, hot/cold water supply, milk quality testing, weighing, and cleaning functions, specifically designed for remote pastoral areas and plateau pastures. It fundamentally addresses the challenges in these regions where fresh milk cannot be cooled promptly after milking, leading to bacterial proliferation or spoilage and failure to meet hygiene standards, thereby establishing an integrated, state-of-the-art collection solution. The system features a scientifically optimized design with user-friendly functionality, offering customizable mobile collection vehicles and lifting platforms as needed. Key advantages include: 1. Smart power supply: Three-mode operation (solar, grid, or diesel) ensures 24/7 functionality even during power outages; 2. Rapid cooling: Temperatures drop from 35°C to 4°C within 30 minutes post-milking, maintaining constant freshness with temperature fluctuations under 1°C over 24 hours; 3. Integrated design: All processes—including milking, cooling, storage, testing, weighing, and cleaning—are performed on a single unit, eliminating secondary transportation and reducing contamination risks; 4. Mobile adaptability: Versatile mounting and mobility enable seamless deployment across plateaus, pastoral zones, and complex terrains.
