1.Brief Description:
ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced), consisting of a galvanized steel core which is surrounded by concentric layers of aluminum wires, and can becorrosion resistant if necessary. It is widely used in the overhead power distribution system.
2.Application:
ACSR conductor have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage.
Because they have such good characteristics as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost and large transmission capacity.
3.Standard:
We can supply this conductor according to different recognized standards,
such as IEC61089, BS215, ASTM B232, CSA C49, DIN48204, JIS C3110,
and customers’ special specifications also can be satisfied.
4.Package:
In coils, wooden drums, steel drums or steel-wooden drums.

5.Material:
Conductor:AL1350 pure aluminum
Steel core:G1A or G2A steel wire

They feature excellent heat resistance, anti-corrosion properties and stable electrical performance, making them ideal for 110kV-500kV and above high-voltage transmission trunk lines, new energy farm collection circuits and large-scale power grid upgrade projects. Available in full specifications from standard to reinforced types, our ACSR conductors cut overall line construction costs, extend service life and ensure reliable, low-loss power delivery for decades of continuous operation.
