I. Overview:
According to the regulations of the national automotive industry quality standards, automotive shock absorbers must undergo dynamometer tests before leaving the factory to conduct factory inspections on the performance of shock absorbers. Therefore, the dynamometer is an essential testing instrument on the shock absorber production line.
There are various structural forms of shock absorber dynamometers, such as double-column lower crank mechanical transmission testing machines, electro-hydraulic servo testing machines, etc. Comparing the above two testing machines with different structural forms, each has its own characteristics. The mechanical testing machine has a simple structure and a low price. However, due to its relatively high installation position, it is inconvenient to operate, the labor intensity of the operator is relatively large, and the production efficiency is low. This is especially important in the case of large-scale production, where operational convenience becomes more prominent. The other type, the electro-hydraulic servo testing machine, has complete functions and a wide range of applications. However, the hydraulic station produces relatively large noise, occupies a large area, and the hydraulic system has relatively high requirements for the environment. In particular, it is expensive. Therefore, it is more suitable for the laboratories of the factory's quality inspection department for product development and comprehensive product performance testing. Therefore, mechanical dynamometers are generally used for the dynamometer tests of factory products before leaving the factory.
Based on our many years of experience and combined with the structural characteristics of domestic and foreign products, we have designed a dynamometer with an upper crank open structure. This machine is a special testing equipment for testing the performance of shock absorbers. It uses a variable-frequency motor for speed regulation and is controlled by a computer. It can draw dynamometer diagrams, give an alarm for unqualified products, and output test reports. It is mainly used for on-line detection.
II. Features:
1. Compact structure and small floor area, suitable for use on the factory production line.
2. Due to the upper crank structure, the installation position of the shock absorber is relatively low, about 600 - 800mm from the ground. Therefore, the installation operation is very convenient and labor-saving. This feature is particularly prominent in the case of large-scale production on the production line.
3. The shock absorber is automatically hydraulically clamped, with reliable clamping and high production efficiency.
4. The installation position of the shock absorber is adjustable, suitable for conducting dynamometer tests on shock absorbers of multiple varieties and types.
5. The design of the upper clamping body is ingenious, and the operation and replacement are extremely convenient. By replacing different clamps, dynamometer tests can be carried out on shock absorbers with different structural forms and different specifications.
6. Controlled by a computer, the test results and dynamometer diagrams are displayed on the screen, and it has an audible and visual alarm function to automatically determine whether the product is qualified.
