OF7 hand‑held portable oil filter unit is compact two‑stage pressure‑driven filtration equipment for small‑scale on‑site oil maintenance. Comparing with trolley‑type filter carts, OF7 features small dimension and light‑weight structure with integrated carrying handle, which can work inside narrow equipment space where large trolleys cannot access.
Contaminated oil is delivered by low‑noise micro gear pump with reliable self‑priming capacity. Suction‑side coarse strainer intercepts large‑size impurities and protects pump from damage. Oil flows into spin‑on fine filter housing. Glass‑fiber spin‑on filter element traps fine metal wear debris, carbon residue and oil‑sludge step‑by‑step, treated oil cleanliness reaches NAS6‑12 grade. This unit only removes solid particulate contaminants and keeps original oil chemical performance unchanged.
Pressure gauge is mounted on housing to indicate filter clogging condition. Overflow relief valve prevents pipeline over‑pressure. Thermal relay protects motor from overload burnout. Spin‑on cartridge structure enables quick element replacement without complicated disassembly. IP54 protection grade adapts to humid and dusty workshop environment. Quick‑connect hoses are supplied for fast field connection.
Whole machine adopts powder‑coated carbon‑steel housing with stable foot base. 220V single‑phase power option makes field power taking very convenient. It supports three working modes: new‑oil filling, oil fluid transfer and hydraulic‑system off‑line bypass circulation filtration. It is compatible with mineral hydraulic oil, lubricant oil, transformer oil and water‑glycol medium.
It is widely applied in machine‑tool workshop, small‑size hydraulic stations, industrial laboratory and equipment overhaul site. Every unit will pass pressure test before shipment. Different flow‑rate and filter‑precision options are available.
