This product is especially suitable for printing on large-format fabrics, as well as for process printing on ceramics, glass, and metal sheets. It uses hydraulic drive to provide working pressure. The single-sided double-layer overlapping pull-out screen printing table is lightweight, labor-saving, and more space-efficient. The digital microprocessor controller ensures accurate time and temperature control.
It can be made with double heating elements (upper and lower) according to customer requirements, which is especially suitable for double-sided pressing products. The stable heating system is suitable for large-scale digital heat sublimation transfer of cut pieces and ready-made garments.

Equipment features (this machine is suitable for mass production in factories):
1. Temperature control uses imported components, with high precision.
2. Electronic time control with signal indication for process completion.
3. It uses a single-sided double-layer overlapping pull-out frame. The workbench surface is made of high-temperature-resistant mesh fabric. It can be operated by only one person, which is more lightweight and labor-saving, improving work efficiency. It saves more space compared with other double-station models.
4. Pressure can be adjusted at will.
5. The bottom plate is equipped with high-temperature silicone sponge, with a wide stamping range.
6. The heating tube and the heating plate are integrated. It has a short heating-up time, is safe, durable, with uniform temperature, and is widely applicable to factory assembly lines.
7. The hydraulic oil operation has greater and more uniform pressure than the cylinder.
8. It can be freely switched between manual and automatic operation, with higher efficiency.
Operation Guide:
Note that this machine must have a reliable protective grounding wire. The pressure of the hydraulic motor of this machine does not need to be adjusted too high. The pressure gauge should be at 40 - 60kgC㎡. If the pressure is too high, the hydraulic motor is prone to damage.
1. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.
2. Turn on the motor switch and adjust the pressure of the oil pressure gauge to 4 - 6 kilograms.
3. Adjust the set temperature of the digital temperature controller. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, the red indicator light will go out, and then you can start working.
4. Set the time controller to the required time.
5. When the temperature reaches the set value, push the workbench to a certain position and press the start switch. Then the hydraulic cylinder will start working and return to the original position after the set time. (Note: The machine will not work if the workbench is not in the set position.)
7. The red circular button is the emergency stop button. Pressing this button will make the whole machine stop working, and the heating plate will rise immediately. To restart the work, rotate the red circular button clockwise, and the button will pop up automatically, then you can restart working.
Setting of heat transfer temperature and time
1. Sublimation heat transfer - Temperature 220℃, Time 20 seconds
2. Film heat transfer - Temperature 160 - 180℃, Time 8 - 10 seconds
3. Foaming heat transfer - Temperature 140 - 160℃, Time 5 - 8 seconds
4. Rhinestone heat transfer - Temperature 180℃, Time 10 - 12 seconds
5. Iron plate heat transfer - Temperature 180℃, Time 30 seconds
