Key Technical Features
1. Connection Structure: Screw‑plate clamping
Conventional screw‑plate clamping, no wire‑cage spring mechanism. No automatic spring compensation; screws need periodic re‑tightening under vibration conditions.
Accepts two conductors of same cross‑section per connection point.
Solid wire: 0.2‑10 mm²; stranded wire:0.2‑6 mm²; stranded wire with ferrules: max 6 mm².
Tightening torque: 1.5‑1.8 Nm; wire stripping length:10 mm; M4 clamping screw.

Material: PA66, UL94 V‑0, halogen‑free, CTI ≥600.
Operating temperature: ‑40 ℃ ~ +105 ℃.
Colour: beige. Snap‑on mounting for standard TS35 DIN‑rail.
3. Dimensions
RBT6 base type: width 8mm.
RBT6‑NT (new version): width 8.0 mm, more compact size.
4. Electrical Ratings (IEC 60947‑7‑1)
RBT6 base: 800 V AC/DC, 41 A, impulse withstand voltage 8 kV; Over‑voltage category III, Pollution degree 3.
5. Accessories
Compatible with screw‑type cross‑connectors RQ6 for multi‑pole parallel connection. Complete accessories: marker holders, end covers.
Application
General‑purpose control cabinets and machinery. Not recommended for heavy‑vibration environments. Cost‑effective domestic alternative for 6 mm² terminals.
