The processing of some metallurgical furnace charges cannot be separated from the support of binders. There are two major types of binders on the market: non-drying type and drying type.
Initially, people used drying-type binders, also known as slow-drying type. They either needed to be dried or slowly air-dried, relying on natural temperature to evaporate moisture.
