The dry ice production exhaust CO2 gas recovery system is an eco-friendly, energy-saving unit designed to capture carbon dioxide gas emitted by dry ice making machines during production. The CO2 recovery plant employs a closed-loop process—comprising recovery, compression, purification, and liquefaction—to convert the exhaust CO2 gas directly emitted by dry ice machines back into liquid CO2 for reuse, thereby lowering production costs and reducing carbon emissions.
The main components of the CO2 recovery machine includes CO2 compression unit, liquefaction unit, purification and drying unit, control system and airbag.
