The inner chamber is constructed from food-grade SUS304-2B stainless steel, featuring a precision-polished surface with no dead spots; it is corrosion-resistant, odorless, does not undergo chemical reactions with milk solutions, and effectively prevents contamination and bacterial growth.
The double-layer tank structure features a central polyurethane integral high-pressure foamed insulation layer; this foaming layer is dense with no voids or air bubbles, offering excellent sealing performance, cushioning against external impacts, and enhancing the structural stability of the tank.
Features excellent thermal insulation performance: a temperature rise within 24 hours ≤ 1°C.It provides long-lasting thermal isolation against external heat, reduces the frequency of refrigeration unit starts and stops, and lowers electricity costs.
Equipped with Copeland scroll compressor and full-copper pipelines, featuring high heat exchange efficiency, low noise and multi-protection against overload and overheating.
Optional remote monitoring, explosion-proof device, liquid level sensor, CIP cleaning and precise metering system for standardized factory production.
