1. Product Definition
Trough cable tray with partition and pressed ribs is an upgraded version of the standard trough cable tray. Based on the ordinary trough cable tray, it adds a ribbed reinforcement structure on the bottom plate + a built-in movable/fixed partition plate, and is mostly used in electrical projects where strong and weak currents are laid separately.
2. Structural Details
Ribbed bottom plateThe bottom plate is stamped with continuous raised ribs to increase the bending strength of the tray while keeping the plate thickness unchanged, reducing sagging deformation when the tray is suspended over long spans. It is suitable for 3-meter and 4-meter long-span installation, saving supports/hangers usage.
Built-in partition plateA metal partition is installed in the middle of the trough, dividing the internal cavity into two independent wiring chambers. ✅Core function: separation of strong and weak currents, with strong-current power cables and weak-current network cables, monitoring cables, and fire alarm signal wires routed separately, reducing electromagnetic interference and meeting intelligent building and fire protection code requirements. The partition can be fixed or removable as needed.
Side panels and mounting holesStandard slotted holes are pre-punched on both sides of the tray for bolting between sections and fixing supports/hangers. The side edges are bent into a snap-lock structure, used with the tray cover to enclose and protect cables.
Matching accessoriesSame as standard trough cable tray accessories: covers, elbows, tees, reducers, vertical up/down bends, connecting plates, bolts, etc.
3. Common Materials
Hot-dip galvanized (galvanized steel sheet): indoor conventional projects, cost-effective, good rust resistance;
Zinc-aluminum-magnesium: outdoor and humid environments, corrosion resistance far exceeds ordinary galvanized;
304/316 stainless steel: chemical and coastal high-salt-fog corrosive environments;
Powder coating: anti-static, commonly used in weak-current projects in computer rooms.

Ribbed trough type with partition: dual independent chambers + rib reinforcement, power and weak-current cables can be routed separately in the same trough, with greater load-bearing capacity.
