A2: Our factory is located in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, China. If you plan to visit, you can fly to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Yiwu, Lishui, or Wenzhou, and then take the high-speed rail to Yongkang South Station. We’d be happy to pick you up at the train station.
Q3: Do you have samples?
A3: Yes, we’d be happy to provide samples of some of our products for testing. We’re confident you’ll be satisfied with our quality! Since we’re a manufacturing facility, we do not carry
stock inventory;
Q4: What is the minimum order quantity?
A4: The minimum order quantity varies depending on the model, configuration, and quality. Therefore, please contact us before placing an order or purchasing an item;
Q5: What is the typical lead time?
A5: The lead time is calculated starting the day after we receive your payment. Production is arranged according to the signed contract and is generally completed within 7–25 business days;
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A6: 100% payment in advance is required to start production for orders under USD 5,000. For orders over USD 5,000, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% payable after production is completed, following inspection by our order coordinator via photos or video call, or by you in person (third-party inspection is supported). The final payment is due upon your satisfaction;
Q7: What are the shipping terms?
A7: Due to the large volume of products, we primarily recommend sea freight to save on shipping costs. We support transport via trailer ports and rail freight, depending on specific requirements;
Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
A8: We accept wire transfers, online banking transfers, offshore bank transfers, WeChat Pay, Alipay (International Alipay), and UnionPay QuickPass, among others;
Q9: What about product quality and after-sales service?
A9: Our quality inspectors will examine every detail after assembly is complete, record the serial numbers of every part, component, and accessory, and conduct a 3–5-kilometer test drive on the vehicle (for some models, the instrument panel is not installed or the readings are reset to zero). We provide an after-sales warranty: parts, components, and accessories will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period, and after the warranty expires, they will be replaced at cost price.
