This explosion-proof (flameproof) safety exit indicator lamp is specially designed for emergency evacuation indication in high-risk explosive industrial environments. It complies with international hazardous area electrical equipment standards and is widely installed in petrochemical workshops, oil field operation areas, offshore platforms, chemical warehouses, gas industry stations and pharmaceutical production workshops.
The lamp body adopts integral die-cast aluminum alloy structure with high mechanical strength, strong impact resistance and excellent structural stability. The exterior anti-corrosion spray treatment effectively resists industrial acid-base gas corrosion, humid environment oxidation and long-term outdoor weather aging. The overall protection grade reaches IP66, fully adapting to dusty, wet and harsh industrial working conditions.
Equipped with ultra-high brightness low-power LED light source, the evacuation pattern is clear, uniform and visible from long distance. The lamp operates with low heat generation, stable performance and zero stroboscopic flickering, ensuring long-term continuous standby work without failure. Under normal power supply, the indicator keeps working continuously. When sudden power failure occurs in industrial areas, the lamp automatically activates emergency working mode to provide persistent evacuation guidance for on-site personnel.
The product adopts advanced flameproof sealing structure. All internal driving circuits, power supply modules and LED light boards are completely isolated from external flammable and explosive media. The precise flameproof clearance design can suppress internal arc energy and block flame transmission, preventing electrical equipment from becoming an ignition source in dangerous zones.
This safety evacuation indicator lamp features compact structure, easy installation and low maintenance cost. It supports customized evacuation icons, special size requirements and engineering-specific installation methods. It is a necessary safety matching device for fire protection inspection, industrial safety standardization and petrochemical engineering construction.
