1. Food-grade SUS304-2B stainless steel tank
Seamless welding, inner mirror polishing, no dead corners, easy to clean, meet food hygiene requirements.
2. Efficient refrigeration system
Equipped with Copeland scroll compressor and full copper refrigeration pipeline. Raw milk can be rapidly cooled from 35℃ to 2~4℃, temperature control accuracy ±0.5℃.
3. Integrated PU insulation layer
High-density polyurethane integral foaming, excellent thermal insulation performance, small temperature fluctuation, save power consumption.
4. Intelligent automatic control system
Auto start & stop, high/low temperature alarm, overload protection. Optional IoT remote monitoring system for digital dairy farm management.
5. Slow stirring system
Prevent cream separation and local freezing, keep uniform milk temperature inside tank.
6. Multiple optional configurations
Optional automatic CIP cleaning system, level weighing sensor. Support customized voltage 230V/400V 50Hz, English control panel & nameplate for overseas projects.
7. Full capacity customization
Capacity range: 1~25m³, vertical & horizontal types available. Suitable for new dairy hall construction and old farm renovation.
8. One-stop dairy solution
Support matching milking machine, CIP cleaning unit, milk silo. Factory direct supply, inspection video available before shipment.
