Explosion Proof Control Column IP66 Ex db IIC T6 Industrial Flameproof Local Operation Station is a professional flameproof on-site control device specially designed for hazardous industrial areas. It is widely applied in petrochemical industries, chemical parks, oil and gas exploitation, pharmaceutical factories, lithium new energy workshops, powder processing plants, sewage treatment plants and hazardous material storage areas with IIC-class explosive gas mixtures. The equipment is mainly used for on-site start-stop control, operation switching, status indication and equipment debugging of mechanical devices, providing safe and reliable local operation for pumps, fans, motors, conveying equipment and automatic production lines in high-risk explosion-proof working conditions.
Adopting standard flameproof structure, this control column reaches Ex db IIC T6 explosion-proof grade, suitable for high-risk IIC-class explosive gas environments including hydrogen and acetylene. The maximum surface temperature is limited within T6 temperature group to prevent high-temperature ignition of surrounding flammable media, ensuring high safety level for demanding industrial explosion-proof scenarios. Precisely machined flameproof joints with standard clearance ensure tight fitting. When electric arcs, short circuits or overload faults occur inside the enclosure, internal high-temperature flame and explosive gas will be fully cooled and extinguished through flameproof gaps, blocking external ignition transmission and avoiding secondary explosion risks in hazardous environments.
With IP66 high protection rating, the equipment achieves full dustproof, waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion performance. It resists heavy rain washing, high-pressure water jet cleaning, wind and sand accumulation, humid fog and acid-base corrosion, ensuring stable operation in indoor workshops, outdoor platforms, coastal salt fog environments and corrosive industrial sites. Fully enclosed structure with high-quality aging-resistant sealing strips effectively prevents moisture, dust, oil and corrosive gas from entering the interior, protecting internal buttons, indicator lights, terminals and circuit systems.
The enclosure is integrally die-cast with high-strength aluminum alloy, featuring high mechanical rigidity, excellent impact resistance, deformation resistance and vibration resistance. It can withstand long-term on-site vibration, external collision and wind friction without structural damage. The surface adopts electrostatic anti-corrosion powder coating with strong adhesion, scratch resistance, UV resistance and aging resistance. No fading, peeling or rusting occurs during long-term outdoor service, ensuring long service life for harsh global industrial environments.
Equipped with standardized operating components, the control column can be configured with start-stop buttons, emergency stop buttons, running indicator lights, fault indicator lights and selector switches according to actual working requirements. The intuitive operation interface allows workers to complete on-site equipment control, mode switching and emergency shutdown quickly and safely. Internal wiring is neat and standardized with compliant electrical clearance and creepage distance. Excellent insulation performance ensures stable operation without electric leakage, overheating or circuit failure.
Compact and reasonable structural design saves installation space. Multiple mounting methods including floor standing, wall mounting and bracket mounting are available for installation on factory columns, equipment sides, operation platforms and production lines. Outstanding vibration resistance prevents bolt loosening, sealing failure and flameproof gap deviation under continuous vibration working conditions, maintaining long-term stable explosion-proof performance.
