Product Description
LW-308P is a mould cleaner developed for PTFE (Teflon) coated mould surfaces and high-temperature tooling. It removes baked-on deposits, polymer residue and release agent scale that ordinary cleaners leave behind - cleaning chemically rather than by scraping, which is essential on non-stick coatings.

Application Scope
PTFE-coated moulds and platens, high-temperature tooling, food-contact and packaging tooling with non-stick coatings, and equipment where baked-on residue is the main problem.
Directions for Use
Dilute per the product manual
Apply by spray or cloth; do not use abrasive tools on the coating
Allow contact time, then rinse thoroughly with clean water
Dry completely before returning to production
Confirm coating compatibility on a small area before full application
Packaging & Storage
Packaging: 5 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg. Store sealed in a cool, ventilated place, protect from freezing and direct sunlight. Wear gloves and eye protection during use.
