【H2】DAIER Metal Cascade Mini Ring — Mass Transfer Solutions for High-Capacity Towers
The Metal Cascade Mini Ring is a random packing engineered to resolve the conflict between high mass transfer efficiency and excessive gas-side pressure drop. Manufactured by Pingxiang Daier Separation Tech Co., Ltd. (DAIER Separation), this packing is designed for distillation, absorption, and gas scrubbing columns where hydraulic capacity is a limiting factor.

The structural geometry of the Cascade Mini Ring is distinct from traditional cylindrical packings. It features:
Low Aspect Ratio (Height
Conical Flanged Ends: The flared edges direct gas and liquid away from the column wall, mitigating wall flow and improving liquid distribution across the packed bed.
Slotted Walls: The internal windows enhance gas-liquid contact and facilitate radial mixing, contributing to consistent Separation Technology performance.
These features result in a packing with high voidage and low pressure drop, making it suitable for vacuum distillation and high-capacity scrubbing systems.

DAIER manufactures the Metal Cascade Mini Ring in various alloys to match process corrosivity:
SS304: For general chemical processing and non-chloride environments.
SS316L: For highly corrosive services including HCl scrubbers, SO₂ scrubbers, and marine environments.
Material Integrity Baseline (DAIER Standard):
To counter the non-standard market, we enforce a mandatory baseline for all SS316L tower internals: SS316L, with a Mo (Molybdenum) content of ≥ 2.0%.
Every batch of SS316L is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and PMI test reports. This is not a marketing claim; it is a structural requirement for pitting resistance in halide-containing streams.
