Product Features
※ One‑component, neutral, room‑temperature‑curing silicone weather‑resistant sealant for curtain walls. ※ Specially designed for weatherproofing and waterproofing in building curtain wall applications; non‑corrosive to metals, coated glass, concrete, marble and other substrates. ※ After curing, the product delivers excellent weather resistance, ageing resistance, UV resistance and ozone resistance. It withstands hail and extreme high‑low temperature conditions without performance degradation. ※ Outstanding tensile and compression performance; maintains good elasticity within the temperature range of ‑50℃ to 150℃ after curing. ※ Exhibits good adhesion to most building materials and features favourable compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Main Applications
※ Weather‑resistant sealing for glass curtain walls, stone (marble, granite) curtain walls, aluminium panel curtain walls, metal curtain wall and other curtain‑wall projects. ※ Joint sealing for aluminium panel curtain walls. ※ Bonding and sealing of concrete, bricks, tiles, ceramics, plastics and metal panels. ※ Edge‑sealing and joint sealing for aluminium‑alloy doors & windows, plastic‑steel doors & windows installation; sealing for other general building and industrial applications.
Instructions for Use
※ Perform compatibility test and staining test on bonding substrates prior to construction. Only commence work after confirming compliance with construction requirements. The recommended width‑to‑thickness ratio (A:B) of the sealant bead is 2:1. ※ Surfaces of substrates in contact with the sealant shall be clean and dry during application. ※ Ensure full, even contact between sealant and both sides of joints to achieve complete joint filling.
Construction Notes
※ Not for structural bonding and assembly purposes. ※ Not suitable for surfaces exuding grease, plasticisers or solvents. ※ Not for confined spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water. ※ Do not apply when substrate surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃. ※ Not suitable for bonding copper or copper‑alloy materials.
Safety Instructions
※ Ensure adequate ventilation in sealant‑application work areas. ※ In case uncured adhesive gets into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention. ※ Users must conduct compatibility and adhesion tests before use to verify suitability for target substrates prior to construction.
