This square explosion proof floodlight is designed to provide reliable area lighting for complex industrial sites, serving pump houses, pipe galleries, material yards and processing zones where dust, moisture and corrosive fumes exist. Equipped with high-quality LED chips, it delivers high luminous efficiency while keeping heat generation well controlled. It consumes far less energy than conventional discharge light sources and maintains a stable operating temperature inside the enclosure. Lower heat load slows down the aging of internal components and sealing elements, creating safer working conditions for long-hour continuous lighting.
The fixture housing adopts sturdy cast alloy construction with fine surface treatment. The mating surface of lamp body and cover is precisely machined and fitted with durable sealing gaskets. This closed structure blocks floating dust, humid mist and mild corrosive vapors from entering the inner cavity, safeguarding the light source and driver against contamination. The square compact shape adapts to multiple installation options, including wall mounting, suspension mounting and bracket mounting, making it flexible for limited installation space on site.
It produces wide and uniform illumination with soft light distribution, clearly lighting up equipment surfaces, instrument scales and walkways for operators during inspection and routine patrol. Unlike traditional gas-discharge lamps, this LED floodlight lights up immediately once powered on, with no warm-up waiting time. Repeated switching will not cause rapid light decay or damage to the light source. Thanks to its long service life, the frequency of opening the explosion-proof housing for light replacement is greatly reduced, which helps avoid risks brought by repeated disassembly of the flameproof structure.
Standard cable entry ports support connection with cable glands and explosion-proof flexible conduits to form a complete protected wiring system. The overall structure resists minor impact and vibration generated by surrounding machinery. Daily maintenance is simple: inspect the tightness of fastening bolts and the integrity of sealing parts on a regular basis. It works steadily under non-stop operation and becomes a cost-effective lighting solution for hazardous industrial locations.
