Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 28 metric tons. Mixed sizes in one order are acceptable.
Q3: Can you produce grinding balls according to our chemical composition & hardness requirement?
A: Yes. We support OEM & customized grade, chemical composition, hardness and dimension based on your working mill condition. Please share your detailed requirements for technical evaluation.
Q4: What about your product quality guarantee?
A: All goods are inspected in CNAS-accredited lab before shipment. Breakage rate ≤1%, circle loss ≤5% according to YB/T 091-2019 standard. We provide inspection report for each batch.
Q5: What is your production & delivery lead-time?
A: Normally production lead-time is 15-25 working days against deposit. We are near Tianjin / Qingdao port for container loading.
Q6: What packing options do you offer?
A: Standard packing is 1MT /1.2MT jumbo bags. Steel drums on pallets is optional as per client demand.
