EPE foam net is a kind of new soft packing material.It is widely used for the package of glass products,precision instrumentEPE Foam Net Extrusion Line
The raw material of EPE foam net is low density polyethylene resin which is fed into the extruder with screw L/D 55:1 by automatic loading equipment. Fill with the anti-shrinking agent and foaming agent under high pressure.After cooling, whirling die, it can produce the foam net.
Equipment models GBLEPEW-70, GBLEPEW-75,For example: GBLEPEW-70 can produce about 600kgs.
Features of EPE foam net extrusion line
1.Loading automatically,alarming automatically.
2.It adopts Italy talcum powder automatic injection system with double-screw which is controlled by transducer, and makes the talcum powder enter into the extruder steadily and accurately
EPE foam net is an ideal packing material used for fruit and wine package, it has a very large market.
3.Die pressure control adopts diaphragm pressure gauge and equipped with die temperature display in order to guarantee its stability.
4.It adopts circulating water cooling method to make the temperature more steady and cool quickly.
