4.The set screw of the safety valve can't be rotated at randon,non-professional people are forbidden to dismount .

if the cover tube is cracked, withdraw the unit from service and renew:

1.disconnect the flowmeter from the pressure source

2.open the flow control valve to relieve any contained pressure.

3.hold the unit vertically (to retain the flow tube and ball )unscrew the cover tube and lift off.

calibrated tube and indicator ball

4.lift off the flow tube , taking care not to let the ball roll out

5.remove the tube connector adaptor and the cover tube o-ring

a new cover tube o-ring at the base of the body.

a new tube adaptor. Check orientation,as illustrated.

the flow tube , and ball over the adaptor.

9.position the tube with the scale towards the front of the unit.
